Samar Qurbani offers doorstep delivery for customers, along with the option to pick up your meat directly on Eid Day 1. You can choose your preferred delivery time slot or self-pickup location during the booking process. Please note that delivery slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t wait too long to book your slot! Your pickup time will be shared with you prior to Eid Day.
Terms and Conditions
- Booking Deadline: Orders for Qurbani will be accepted until 09:00 AM on Zilhuj 9, 1445 Hijri.
- Delivery: Your order will be delivered to the specified address provided on your completed order form, and only to the ground floor.
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order up to 5 days before Eid and receive a full refund for any amount paid in advance.
- Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:

- Pay at Store
- Self-Pickup: Customers who select self-pickup can collect their orders from the designated Qurbani locations. Please make sure to pick up within the assigned time slot for that day.
Samar Qurbani/Customer Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to the following services provided by Samar Qurbani:
- Purchase: We will purchase a sacrificial animal or its share on your behalf.
- Sacrifice: The animal will be sacrificed following Shariah principles.
- Meat Cutting & Delivery: The meat will be cut, packaged, and delivered to you in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Animal Compliance: The sacrificial animal will meet Shariah guidelines, as well as quality and hygiene standards. The average weight of goat meat will be approximately 18 kg ± 2 kg, and the average weight of a cow share will be 18 kg ± 2 kg. Final weight is determined after the sacrifice.
- Animal Type: Goats will be males, and cows/bulls will be available in two slots.
- Sacrifice Process: The sacrifice will be performed according to Shariah principles, and meat will be prepared and distributed following hygienic practices.
- Animal By-Products: By-products such as trotters, heart, kidney, and liver will not be separated but will be distributed equally among all shares. Excess fat, stomach, intestines, and other such by-products will be discarded.
- Uncollected Meat: If you are unable to collect your meat in time, Samar Qurbani is obligated to donate/distribute it to the deserving. Additionally, the sacrificial animal's skin will be donated.
- Receipt: The meat for each customer will be kept separate and provided as per the details on the receipt issued at booking. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the receipt safe. Meat collection/delivery will be completed only upon presentation of the receipt.
Liability and Cancellations
- Force Majeure: Samar Qurbani will not be held liable for any delay or failure in fulfilling orders due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other events.
- Order Cancellations: Samar Qurbani reserves the right to cancel any order due to availability, confirmation issues, or any other reason deemed appropriate. Customers may cancel orders up to 5 days before Eid and will receive a full refund (subject to applicable bank charges for advance payments).
